Outstanding mountain views

Outdated facilities could really use a facelift!!! Lack of attention to cleaning details is disappointing!!! A lounge area for non-skiers is sorely needed!!! The sauna temperature was not satisfactory during my stay!!!

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially the fantastic mountain views and the warm welcome we received from the staff at check-in, making us feel right at home. also, being just a short stroll from the Prarion cable car made it super easy to access breathtaking ski slopes and stunning park areas for leisurely walks.

The hotel staff greeted us with warmth every morning, and the easy access to the ski bus was a game-changer for our ski days. The indoor pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day in the mountains.

We found the restaurant hours inconvenient, especially on weekends, and wished there were more flexible snack options in the bar during off-hours.

The staff displayed remarkable friendliness and provided exceptional service during our stay. The indoor pool, though a bit cold, offered relaxation after a long day, and the buffet breakfast had a reasonable selection. On the downside, the bar seemed understaffed with one person trying to manage food and drink service simultaneously. Additionally, the swimming area's outdoor access was locked, limiting options when the weather was pleasant outside. Still, the detailed attention from the staff made for a memorable experience.

The stay at Chalet Hotel Du Bois was quite pleasant. The staff were extremely helpful and professional, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. The room was very clean and offered stunning views of Mont Blanc, enhancing the overall ambiance of the visit. Breakfast was plentiful with a great selection, including fresh squeezed orange juice and tasty eggs and bacon. Additionally, the convenience of the hotel's own mini bus service to the main lifts was a wonderful perk.

Had a great time with friends! The free ski shuttle made it easy to hit the slopes, and we took ski lessons that were super helpful. The hotel has a nice terrace and garden. The children's playground was a bonus, although we didn’t use it. It was great being able to relax by the pool after a long day skiing.

We had some trouble with the sauna not working during our stay, which was disappointing after being on the slopes all day.

Had a very comfortable room with a clean and modern wc, a balcony with a superb view of the mountains! The breakfast was a highlight, especially the charcuterie plate and freshly pressed orange juice!

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable.
